Shipping - Once a order has been submitted and a confirmation email has been received the order will be normally processed & shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday). You will receive a tracking # once your item has shipped. 

Questions About Delivery: Once an item is handed over to USPS/UPS it becomes their responsibility to successfully handle and deliver your package. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, etc. packages, please contact USPS/UPS with any delivery questions.

Change Of Address: Once an order is placed we can not change the address on that order. Please be aware to fill in the correct information at checkout otherwise we will have to cancel your order and refund you.
