Refunds/Exchanges & FAQ

Shipping - Once a order has been submitted and a confirmation email has been received the order will be normally shipped the following business day (Monday - Friday).  Some items may not be shipped the following business day if the item is a preorder or item that has not arrived at our facility yet, if this is the case that information will be provided in the description of the product's page.  All items we ship out are shipped via USPS Priority Mail 1-3 Days or UPS 2-3 Days.  Handling 1-2 Days, Shipping 1-3 Days. 

Questions About Delivery: Once an item is handed over to USPS/UPS it becomes their responsibility to successfully handle and deliver your package. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, etc. packages, please contact USPS/UPS with any delivery questions.

Change Of Address: Once an order is placed we can not change the address on that order. Please be aware to fill in the correct information at checkout otherwise we will have to cancel your order and refund you.

Returns/Exchanges - Due to the fact that we provide multiple pictures as well as sizing charts for our items we do not accept returns nor exchanges. If your items arrive damaged please email us at the email below within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will require some type of photographic evidence to process your return. Due to the color of some items it is hard to accurately represent them in a photo, we do not accept returns due to colors of items on arrival. Also, If you receive the wrong size please feel free email us at our email below. 

Restocks - We will make sure to let you know through our newsletter or social media pages if items are restocking.
